Matt was born on August 13, 2007 at 11:42am (30 minutes after Luke) and was five pounds seven ounces. He was happy to escape since Luke was "hogging" the womb for most of his unborn life. Although he was overjoyed to be out, Matt was not thrilled about being 'crusty'.
Matt quickly overtook Luke in size and weight and now considers himself the "handsome" one.
Matt's first year was a tough one since he would spit up nearly every day. Washing Matt's clothes and giving him baths became frequent affairs.
